We house four diners, including a beach bar at Summer Island Maldives. Samuga translates to the navigator's compass and is the main restaurant at Summer Island Maldives. With live cooking stations and buffets with worldwide flavours, Samuga is the dining hub for most of our guests. Avi translates to the sun rays and is an intimate overwater bar, perfect for zesty cocktails, premium drinks and live music. Hiya translates to waves and is the exclusive overwater restaurant that caters guests with a la carte menu. Nevi means the captain of the ship and is the main bar on the resort. Summer Island Maldives lies 35 km from Velana International Airport in North Male' Atoll, where summer never ends, and an unforgettable experience awaits you. There are two modes of transfer to reach the resort. You can either board a seaplane for a 15-minute journey or a ride 45 minutes on a speedboat. The transfer costs for seaplane are USD 375 per adult, USD 225 per child (2-12), and is free for infants. The transfer costs for speedboat are USD 150 per adult, USD 75 per child (2-12), and is free for infants.
