Check-in is from 02:00 PM, and check-out is until noon. Visitors may request late check-out or early check-in, which is subject to availability and resort's discretion. The resort management will charge an additional fee for checking out after the designated period.
The front desk is always open, and the resort offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.
The resort does not permit smoking in any of its rooms but allows smoking in designated areas.
